Please find below our latest update on the W Residences portfolio, including client enquiries, the upcoming open house and recent sales and rental transactions on Palm Jumeirah.
We currently have three enquiries: two new potential buyers are expected to attend the open house, and one rental client is expected to view by next week.
Financial advisors and a number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals are also expected to join the event. We have extended invitations to Palm Jumeirah residents and potential clients within our wider network, giving them the opportunity to experience the residences and amenities in person.
The open house will take place on Friday, 2 October, from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. We will share feedback following the event and rental viewing, including the level of interest and any discussions that progress towards an offer.
For context, this update includes selected Palm Jumeirah sales between AED 20 million and AED 50 million, alongside residential rentals above AED 1 million per year over the past six months. The videos below showcase the residences.
